Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at panilkandatea@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address at your own costs to: New Saman Group Private Limited, Panilkanda Tea Factory, Ullinduwawa, Deniyaya.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your bank account nominated by the you within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at panilkandatea@gmail.com.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We will ship the products you ordered to the address you provided during the checkout process through Sri Lanka Post.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we do not guarantee delivery dates or times.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If the shipping information you provide is incorrect, you may be charged for additional shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping or delivery
